Many South African's are watching the Oscar Pistorious trail live on TV in anticipation, not sure if any members overseas are watching.


Tragic event took place on 14th February 2013.

To cut a long story short, Oscar Pistorious the amazing blade runner, shot and killed his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp 4 times (said he thought it was an intruder).................

I guess it is making world headlines. This week is going to be extremely interesting when Oscar takes the stand.

Mishka sure shocked me, my son Steven mentioned to me what Mishka had said. I had never heard him say if before.

I have not gone anywhere and do not intend to.
Actually I have been quite active on the forum this weekend, hey I even posted video of Mishka.....

Antoinette, I can imagine it. My birds love cartoons. They have a recorded collection of movies that I leave playing when I'm out. Rio is their favorite, they get very excited when they hear the birds. Shrek is my cockatoo's favorite. I'm sure Mishka would have fun with cartoon voices and pick them up instantly.

I am sure your birds enjoy Rio, I often play it for Mishka he loves it.

Was thinking I am going to get Donald Duck's favorite saying and teach it to Mishka. I can just imagine him speaking in Donald Duck's accent.

I bet your birds love the cartoon characters.

I am trying to get a recording of Donald Duck speaking, having such a problem trying to get a clear recording.

I tried many cartoon characters but the recording do not come out clear enough to hear exactly what they are saying.

Anyone got some ideas.......

Only one problem Mishka dislikes singing can you believe it........
I have tried for many hours it's a no go

All I am seeking is a cartoon character saying something clearly that I would be able to teach Mishka.

How about Rocky saying "thank you Mr Know it all"? or some of the other quotes in this one? It all sounds pretty clear to me, I'd love to hear mischka doing rocky and bullwinkle.
