My IRN will only step up for me despite spending a lot of time with my
family members, would they have to train him individually too like I have
if they wanted to see similar results?

Likely, yes! You've earned his trust and they haven't yet. Do they interact with him, talk to him, give him treats etc? If so, I'm sure it's just a matter of time until he's comfortable with them too, and if not, I say they should if they want him to want to hang out with them!
Having you around while they try to earn his trust might be helpful as he'll be more comfortable with you around, and seeing you interact with them also could help him see that they aren't as scary as they probably seem, but it also might not be helpful as there's a chance he'll just choose to hang out with you instead of giving them a chance if that is an option. Test out what works best for you all, and teach your family how they should interact with him and earn his trust if they don't already know!

My family talk to him and give him treats regularly, he'll land near them
sometimes but won't step up for them.

How long has your IRN been with you? & How old is s/he?

My IRN is 26 months old (20 months with me) & he won't step up. The previous home ensured he's scared of fingers... I guess. With a lot of patience, effort & of course treats... now he'll fly and come to anyone who calls out his name. Funny eh... He'll land on the head, shoulders or even a stretched out hand/ palm.

Depending on how close he's to that person he'll stay longer. And he loves kids. Don't know why...

So I'll say don't try too much of step up alone... try other ways of getting him to the others in the family. Else he might end being scared of fingers forever like mine.
