Hai guys!
So my hands are starting to look like some intense battlefield because Misha has decided its time for them to die!

I'm usually really good at reading his body language but lately I got nothing, he's fine and cuddly for the most part just at night and in the morning he rips into my fingers and is literally biting out chunks of my fingers, if you've ever seen a dog wrestle with a toy that's what he does with my skin! ='(

I've made up a sleeping cage in my room recently as it's getting pretty chilly here at night and its too loud in the lounge room for them to get all the sleep they need, and I'd say its around that time that the biting started. He's had his bitey moments before but it hasn't been this bad since end of last year, at least Guapo is all about cuddles and love.

I'm just really at a loss at what to do, I've browsed through other threads but its not quite the same as other stories. Just really need some advice on this, its getting harder and harder not to react to these bites since he's biting in the same spots =(
Should I destroy the sleep cage? I've already taken out the hut of the day cage, I've noticed that they're a bit more territorial so that might be why I'm getting bitten more (cage in my room), I dunno, I'm out of ideas, need some fresh ones please!

Don't let him bite you!

Are both of them in the same cage? Even though they're the same sex, they can still bond, and you might be interfering..

You often hear: Don't react to a bite... This is true, but it does not mean, that you should let your bird bite, and just let the scars pile up...

I got a GCC many years back... He was very aggressive and I clicker trained him... I was not going to put up with him biting me... Duke was aggressive, when I got him, and he was in a cage by himself..

I will tell you about Duke, but only privately and only because you are in Brisbane...
