Hi, guys! I'm new here and new owner of one cuuute maroon-bellied conure! His name is Kiwi. He is 2 and a half months old and hand fed parrot who was bought yesterday from one good breeder. I knew for this forum from long ago but I didn't have parrot so I didn't registered.

I used to see many Maroon Bellied conures about 20 years ago (US), but I rarely see them around any more. Where are you located? It does seem like I've been hearing more about them lately. Maybe they're making a comeback?

That breeder is very close to my home and I love to visit and i can stay there all day and help him about parrots.
Well, I live in Europe, in Balkan and there are lots of maroon bellied!
I have some pics but not really good beacuse he just can't stop moving. He so hyperactive lol
