What does it mean? Flboy said it was that he "wants" something but I'm not sure about that. Whatever it is it's super cute!

He’s just rubbing his beak on the cloth it looks like. He likes the texture I’m guessing. Is under here the only time he does it?

He does also do this head bobbing motion about half the time if there is nothing to run his beak on. Like under my neck when we're watching TV.

When Percy head bobs because he likes/wants something, his head is going up and down in the air emphatically (stretching his neck out). He does the dog head shake when he’s playing along with some chirps that sound like the dogs barking. He rubs his beak like that on almost everything but it’s usualy back and forth rather than up and down and I think aside from grooming his beak, it’s a territorial thing.

Oh so he thinks I'm his! He does it to my skin too so yeah. That sweet of him. Okay I'll be his. <3

If Ollie is anything like Percy then yes lol. You are his. :D Percy is still a baby though and a Quaker. So who knows if they’re saying the same thing. Regardless, Ollie looks like a super happy boy whatever that head bob/beak rub means.

looks cute whatever it means

hehe he's a cuties

I think he does it for lots of reasons, bit of attention, nice feeling things, the classic "mine" rubbing and maybe even just for fun!

Hmm...okay thanks guys. It's too cute for words.

Oh my conure does that all the time, I just figure it's a wiping motion.
