Older notifications coming after new ones?

I was checking on my notifications then this happened-

The older notifications came after the newer ones
Is this a glitch of some sort?

Interesting. I wonder if there's a time/date issue, or if those notifications are for upcoming events. They say "in 30 minutes, in 16 minutes..." If they're upcoming, then this would be the correct order assuming you're being notified for items happening in 30 minutes. Count down, so to speak.

It makes sense my notifications now say
“18 minutes ago.. etc”
But how would it know that this oerson will reply to this post in 16 mins?
I think I understood this wrong lol
