Parrots
Yellow-sided Green Cheek Conure - Hatch Day 12/11/15 - "Tiki"
My father in law just had a nuclear stress test performed. While i know he should avoid pregnant women and children in general, im curious if there is a risk for pets?

That is one great question! One that does not come up very often! The short answer is YES! And especially Parrots! It will be at least a couple of days longer for Parrots as it is for children and pregnant women!

Thanks SailBoat! He had the test this morning around 9. Sunday afternoon he should be okay to be around Tiki I think?

Probably worth mentioning that some cancer drugs/treatments make being around birds a no go.
