Noises while sleeping

My IRN is 3 months old now. I have noticed that while she is napping, she makes noises in her sleep. Is she dreaming? TY

Little chirping noises? Or raspy breathing noises?

My pair both talk quietly in their sleep - it's hilarious!
But if it's breathing/raspy/something different - it could be a significant warning sign.
Can you try to video it?

The Rb chatters and grumbles in his sleep, also often stamps his foot or fluffs. I'm quite sure he dreams. There's actually research on duration/etc of various bird's dreaming behavior.
