Hi All

Can anyone suggest a reputable Eclectus breeder as I am after buying a male in mid October your help and guidance would be greatfully appreciated, I think I have done my research but there's a saying every day is a day in school so fire away, I live in the north west if this helps. Thank you for your time:confused:

Please understand that Parrot Forum is an international Forum and Northwest could be near anywhere in very large segments of this World.

Guessing that you mean Northwest in the Americas, that also includes Canada, so its still a huge area, yes? So, again guessing that you may mean the USA, which is still a huge area.

If you are in or near one of the large Cities of that region, I would recommend that you search for a Rescue Center and offer your time to learn more about Parrots and consider a Rehomed Parrot. With a bit of time, you will learn the meaning of 'Letting a Parrot Choose You' and what you need to know to really provide a Parrot a forever home.

Understand that there is very great distances between good breeders in the higher population area of the country, as the population become thinner so does the number of Breeders in general, let alone the good ones.

Good Breeders are very selective and want their babies to go to a forever home. Having the skills and knowledge to provide a baby Parrot the support they need requires experience that the majority of those showing-up just do not have.
