Very adorable YSGCC! How did you end up getting Bibi without knowing what she was? If you don't mind me asking.

When i bought her i made a little research...but thjs was 3 years ago.....and...i forgot it
As regards the cage and stuff like that...
I asked you the specie name cause....at the current moment i am studying at the university (away from home) and i can not provide her the best conditions to live....so i wanted to sell her to a parrot lover in order to make sure we will be handled with care....
Sorry for my bad English

It is possible to educate without being harsh. Just my experience. We have very few opportunities to educate when someone makes an inquiry, and we should seize those opportunities whenever possible.

Kyria,

Your bird is very pretty. The cage seems to be a type not safe for birds. From the photo you posted, it is very small, and there are areas where your bird could become very injured and lose toes on his feet. The type of cage you have isn't meant for a parrot. It could be used for small birds like a finch, but I would not use it for them either. They could get their feet or toes trapped also.

Are those measurements in inches or mm?

The issue with his cage is the design of the bars and where they meet.

Your bird is very beautiful. Welcome to the forums!

Yes, that cage is tiny and way too small for your bird.

All is not lost, I use such a cage when I bring JoJo outside and we sit together. I also used tyewraps on most corners. Those cages can fall apart with a simple bump.
As a size comparison, my cage is 26x20x36h (inches).. 66x51x91h (cm). If my JoJo spent much more time in there than a few hours a day, I would go bigger! With a conure, you can look into flight cages.
I found my cage for 70 dollars! Yes, used, but in perfect condition! Owner bought it in anticipation of getting a bird, but it sat for years in their home..empty!

Your Parrot does like he is in good feather. Hope his new parront will have a nice BIG safe cage for him. I understand what student life is like, you do the best you can. Good fortune in your studies.
