Newbie here

Hello,
My name is Nicole and I live in Northern New Jersey. I currently have a Pineapple Conure and a Fischer lovebird and just last night I brought home a Crimson Bellie Conure.
I am currently going to school and I still haven't decided on what career path I want to take. I do know it is something in the health field. I really was interested in either the Respiratory Therapy program or the XRay tech program and I still have a few more pre requisites before I can apply to either one.
I have an 8 year old son who just started third grade and is more excited than ever before to be in school so he has given me no problems what so ever getting up in the morning and I am very happy about that.
I hope to learn alot from these forums and I am glad that I found them.

My three kids grew up with a cinnamon GCC and I now have two including a crimson bellied baby. They are wonderful birds. Welcome to the forum. Good luck with your studies. I am also in health care. It is a wise choice. Are you aware that most major hospitals will pay some or all of your educational costs if you have worked for them for a given period of time...6 months at our place ....even if your position is as a secretary or food service or a patient care tech?
