New to the group looking for advice

Hi all I have a beautiful 4 year old male ringneck called Sirius.
Sadly I'm no longer able to give him the time and attention he deserves and I'm thinking of rehmoing him.
Please no hate this has been a very difficult decision I just want what's best for him
