White-capped Pionus-9yrs & a Peachfaced Lovebird-2yrs (for now...)
Hey everyone,

My name is Kimberly. I'm mainly from Alberta, but have moved around alot. I'm the proud owner of a Pionus parrot whom i've had for almost 9 years now. I aquired him (her? :p never got the fid DNA tested) when he was 4 months old so have had him his whole life. I've also owned a variety of finches, budgies, and lovebirds. My experience with birds expands to caring for and handling: African Greys, Ring-necks, Quackers, Cockatiels, and much more. I love birds (especially parrots), and just now realized there were forums where i could talk about my passion for birds without getting weird looks.

Thanks for reading,
Kimberly

Weird looks... My friends and family have gotten to the point that they just say, "that's nice Matt." and then they turn away without a clue as to what I actually said. lol.
