Hello Everyone:
We are new Feather parents to a 2.5 month old Timneh African Grey. She IS a feisty little one. With one full week of visiting her for an hour or so every night after work, she will perch mumble with you. She is rather vocal...ESPECIALLY when she does not get her way! She runs up your arm to sit on the shoulder. We understand this is a no-no. We are also working on the biting, but understand, she is just a Baby. Those in the visiting room with us advise to shake our hand quickly or to blow in her face to redirect her.
We are excited to have the new addition to our home and have been purchasing things daily...we have had her for one week! We have the cage with play top and about 6 toys already. I am very curious about the "Snuggle Hut" as it looks so cute! Just not sure she would like it.
Very open to all suggestions and words of wisdom.
