New Ringneck Owner

Hi. I need some advice please, my ringneck is 5 weeks old. I have him for 5 days now and still can't get him to perch on my finger. Guess i'll just give it more time. What I am curious about though is, he keeps pecking under his wing. how do I get him to bath? He also seemed to be shaking abit today and doesn't want to eat. also what is the correct time to get him to sleep?
Any feedback would be appreciated.

Congrats, beautiful baby. He is new to your house, so he probably didn't adjust yet, hence the shivering and not wanting to step up. Let him some time to adjust. There are several ways for a bath. You can spray on him or give him bowl of water. Good luck with him.

A container I found out that works well for an IRN bath is those that you get to put under potplants to catch any excess water. They're large and shallow (not to mention too heavy for an IRN to tip over when it's full). Just put it in his cage or where-ever he usually perches and he should explore it soon enough.
