Raven my Pionus does that. I don't think Robin has ever done it though. I used to think only bigger parrots do it, but then I've seen Poi's at the store doing it, so I imagine most species do?

Oh my goodness, she is adorable! It looks like she is in that stage where her eyes are transitioning from silver to yellow. How cute!
