New owner!

Hey all, just got a Lovebird that my friend handfed/weaned. Always wanted a parrot, but could never decide on which one to get.....
Her/his name is Scratch and was weaned about 2wks ago.
Joined this site so I could learn more on dealing with dominance and teaching tricks. Also want to learn more on other parrots.....just in case the parrot "bug" bites.....
Only had "her" for a week....so still gotta alot to learn about parrots.....

Welcome! Your bird is very beautiful! I used to have a female lovebird, so I know all about the hormonal issues and grumpiness. Nevertheless, I still think they are wonderful birds.
