I just recently became the proud owner of a beautiful bird named Oliver, and would welcome any advice or commets about tips, warnings or any information on the care and handeling of Oliver. He is tame, was raised from a chick and hand fed by a friend of mine, and she was unable to keep him when she moved. So i am now blessed to have him. He bit the dickens out of me during the moving process to my home, but has calmed down and now is very comfortable at home and sits on my shoulder, and kisses me. My name is Joyce and as i said i would welcome any friends and am happy to have foung this forum to share in you tales and advice. i can be reached at [email protected] if any one would like to correspond with me. I am located in Oklahoma.:white1:

What are the differences between the fitzroyi subspecies of Cacatua galerita and the nominate species?

Welcome to the forum, Joyce. I now have to look up what kind of bird you have though as I don't recognize it by it's scientific name.
