So the house next door to us has finally been rented 2100.00 a month. Crazy! Anyway, they have been moving in for the past 3 days. Today, they brought over a huge cage and an outside Aviary! I have heard anything yet. There are no birds in either the cage or the Aviary. Now I am curious. :09:

Ooooooo :) I think you and them will have lots to talk about! :) Keep us updated on what fid they have/might get! :)

Oh how lucky! I would love to have bird people as neighbors!!!! Can you imagine?? You could get to know them and trade bird sitting!!!!
I could actually go away on vacation!!!! :)

Don't you have a breeder or birdie hotel you can drop them off at?

I think people in my neighborhood just enjoy talking about the "lovely" sounds they heard from my birds, and the demonic laughs of the Quakers.

:green1:

ooh hoe exciting! my neighbors like my birds (all but one neighbor) but none have any it would be so cool to have a neighbor with birds too :)

That's awesome! I would love to have a birdie parront as a next door neighbor.

My neighbor loves kenji and Rosie, when he's out front doing yard work he feels like he's in a jungle listening to Kenji haha.

Yay! How exciting! I wonder what kind of birds they have?? I wish I had friends or family that were bird people, but *sigh* I'm alllll alllonnnne lol and we don't really have neighbors that live close.

The only bird person I've ever seen in my town was this guy who'd walk downtown with his B&G Mac on his shoulder.

keep us posted when u find out, sounds very interesting!

....imagine if we were all neighbours??.....endless possibilites, lol.

It's great to have animal loving neighbors!!! Our next door neighbor moved in this past spring and they're wonderful with animals and they love birds as well. I've given them a parakeet that was brought to me cause those people couldn't keep another bird other then the cockatiel they got from me. Their father says only one bird and they wanted to interact with a tamed bird. So my neighbor was the perfect people for the little parakeet. They have since adopted another parakeet to give him a buddy. They would watch my babies for me if I ever need them to. ;)

Cool. I wish I had neighbors that had birds.

Well on the other side of me those neighbors also have an aviary. That's how Rio learned to speak cockatiel. LOL

Still haven't heard anything, probably any day now.
