Hello and welcome to the forum:)

We have lots of Macaw owners on here and I am sure they will be able to give you some great advice.

Hi Victor! I'm sure you'll do just fine, you already have a parrot so you know what you're gettingyourself into, just keep in mind you will now have twice the work ;) (maybe even 1.5 times more since i personally feel a macaw always is a bit more demanding than other parrots, but well worth the effort) you will need to adjust to your new bird just as much as he or she will to you! take it easy and just spend as much time as you can with the bird without upsetting your current bird (if he gets jealous or something, he may inadvertenly upset your new bird). and try not to be too anxious or nervous around your bird when you handle him, i'm pretty sure they pick it up and if you're uncomfortable, well then imagine how your bird will feel!

All the best of luck!
