New Lovebird Owner-tips?

I adopted 2 lovebirds today. They are about a year old. I got a Peach Face female and a Fischer male. They haven't been handled and I know it is going to be a ton of work to tame them. Does anyone think it is possible though? I need as many tips as you guys can give me. What do they like, what makes them feel safe.. what about treats? Anything..

The female freaks out when she sees me but she is gorgeous. She is the shyest bird I have ever met.

i own two lovies as well. Are they in the same cage? Mine are.

So far, i have gotten them to eat millet from me, but not much else. So i would start from there and see how you go. So just offer them millet through the bars. Eventually they will come to investigate, lovebirds are milletsluts
