New gcc owner. Need some tips and advice!

Hi everyone. I'll. Be getting my first gcc in a few weeks and I just need some basic tips and advice. I've owned parakeets, love birds, and cockatiels in the past so I have a basic knowledge of birds and I've done a ton of research but I just need some advice on proper diets, what materials are safe as far as toys go, what conures generally like in their cage etc. Like I said I've read and researched and have pretty much all the book knowledge I can get for right now, but it's always better to get advice from owners.
