Hi all, I am Melanie from East Bay Area,Ca. I adopted my female blue front amazon Maxie, six weeks ago. She is 29 years old and I am her fourth owner. She talks and is very sweet, a little hand shy,but I am giving her time to feel comfortable around me. I also have a pair of bonded blue parrotlets, they are tame and wonderful.

Hi welcome to the forum Great to have more people from the bay, I'm in the south bay, about as south as you can get lol.
If you ever get the chance you should check out for other living things in Sunnyvale, they have some of the best toys there and also carry Totally Organic Pellets and Harrison's pellets.

Thanks for the welcome. The only pellets I can get Maxie to eat are oven fresh bites, and Nutri berries. I have tried Harrisons,zupreen, and several others. She had been on seeds,so I only give her a small amount after she has eaten her veggies and pellets. I make Maxies toys so she has a bunch, she loves to destroy her wood toys.
