Hello everyone! My name is Jackie and I am new to this forum and to the whole "forum" thing. I've never done this before or been part of a forum community so I'm excited to try this out. I am the proud new owner of a 1 yr sun conure named Louie. I have had him for three weeks now and I think I'm doing a good job, but could use some advice from veteraned bird owners. 
I'm hoping this forum can help me out with concerns, questions, ideas, and feedback. Both good and constructive feedback welcome as I am always looking to improve. I have concerns with where I put his cage; is he getting too much sun, or not enough? Because he still bites me when I tell him to step up, does he not trust me? Is he getting enough veriety in his diet? These are some of the questions/concerns I have daily. Thankfully his breeder is such a sweet girl and has been very helpful, but I felt maybe I should branch out and find some alternative help in becoming the best companion for my bird I can be. I look forward to learning and sharing with all of you and making some new friends! Thank you!
