Hello and congratulations on your new baby!
Bonding will just take time, i found the best way is to read to him, i read a whole 'tales of toyland' to Fargo in his first day home

hehe
Sing to him, playing guitar was the first time i heard him talk and do a little dance! Sharing food really helped, the first time Fargo actually came to me by himself and sat on me was when i was eating food!
It may take a few days, weeks or even months before he is bonded with you! Because he is a baby it might be easier
Not sure about biting, other members are more experienced with that, i havnt had that problem yet!

There are alot of different opinions, some say a time out, some say just ignore it, some say a stern no and just ignore them for a minute!
And lying on his back will just take alot of trust... start by cradling him in your hand, he will hold onto your other hand/finger, and each time just cradle him a bit longer, reward, when he feels safe he will let go of your hand, and after that he will just lie on his back! Of course some birds never feel comfortable like that, so dont force it if he is really upset! Fargo didnt like lying on his back at first, he would just lie for a second and then get up, and always held onto my hand, and now he will just flop upside down onto me, and lets me hold him in one hand! Just alot of trust!
Good luck!
