I have a question. Understanding Ive only had Daisy less than 72 hours, Im wondering what this sound is that she is making. She makes this sound like a cat ...a kind of wHine when I move my hand toward her to have her step up. She is very gentle. I just don't know if this sound is from fear or if she is annoyed. Any thoughts?

How old is Daisy? She could be making lovey noises. I don't know what else to call it. It's a soft, whining sound. All my birds do it in an affectionate way.

Is there a way for you to record the noise so we can hear it, perhaps?

Are her eyes pinning and are her feathers standing up when she is doing this?

No.....she just makes that noise....then steps up. Odd?

I don't think it's odd. Since there is no eye pinning or ruffled feathers, I think she is happily anticipating your interaction.
