New Birdie Maybe?? :D

Hi guys. I'm considering Getting a 2nd birdie. I have a 1 year old female Indian ringneck (I think she is female.). I'm considering getting a Congo African Grey.

I've done research on the bird. But out of your guys' experiences, what are the advantages and disadvantages of getting another bird? and if I do get one should I get a male or a female?
