- Tea spoon the peach faced love bird
and Trouble the white faced love bird
well as I posted in a earlier thread we rescued a peach faced loved bird from the local animal shelter a month or so ago.
I decided Tea Spoon needed a buddy. We don't know Tea spoons history but we do know at the shelter TS was in a cage with other birds and liked it.
Today my kids and I went to a few pet stores with no luck. We then found a bird only store that was closing and relocating and they breed love birds! So in 2 weeks we get to go pick up our new love bird. The baby's mom was a light green, she had a small amount of peach on her head then her face was white. The babies looked a little blue.
When she went to show them to me two were already sold and just waiting there time. The one little dude left jumped out of the box and landed on my arm. It was love at first site. Now we get to wait a long two weeks and then we can go pick up Trouble from the store.
Im sure someone will ask why its name is Trouble. The first store has a blue and gold Mc Caw that greeted everyone name Trouble and my daughter loved her.
