New and need training tips or advice

Hello,new and need some advice. my bird is around 2 months old I am guessing and I've had it for four and a half days. And for the first few days all was good it wanted cuddles it would give me a bite not hard but enough to know it was hungry. Then yesterday it just bit everyone who touched it and when I mean bit I mean its breaking skin even making me bleed. So we left it alone thinking it was grumpy. I think its way to early to be molting. This morning it let me pat it without a fuss, it let me kiss it like normal, it wanted to be on my shoulder like normal, but it began bitting hard like it was yesterday. So I calmly put it down on the cage for a little bit then put it back in its cage. I'm wondering if anyone had any tips on getting it to not bite so hard. And also how many times would be good to take it out of its cage each day?

Welcome! Um, what kind of parrot is your baby? Please don't be offended, not an it! I understand you may not know if you have a he or she yet, but 'it', for me, is harsh.

Its a Green Cheek Conure. And I wanna give it a name just till I find out the sex but afraid it will just to used to that one.

Is it possible that your baby is getting overwhelmed by too much attention??? Do you have toys and such your baby can play with while he or she is out with you?
