I don't know how to say this, without sounding like a troll. Just recently I got a parrot, but he doesn't like human contact, he doesn't even fight back. He avoids human hand.
Its like he has some trauma.

I don't know what to do, how to train him. Its just that he is valuable, rare kind.

Thank you for reading. Please help :/

From what I can see you have a CAG and they are usual frighent in the begining so you have to move really slow forvard. Star just handfead him in the cage so he can see that you hand is something nice. Just sit as near as possible and talk to him. Sooner or later he will star moving closer and moving around. After that you can start the process STEP UP and DOWN

You will need lots of bonding time and your patience. You did not mention any history of this bird. Where did you get him and what was his previous life like for him?

Time and patience as the others have said. It is very possible though, I adopted my caique when she was two, she was a real basket case. Mean and lots of screaming, it took a year and a half to eliminate the biting. My advice would be to spend a lot of time with her and let her come to you, which she eventually will. I would start by giving her treats, get her to take them from your hand and eventually she will see your hand as a good thing. Anyway, just have a lot of patience and move slowly, let her know your not going away. You mentioned that she doesn't bite you, that is a good thing(for you) and the bird may just be scared of you because you are new to it. Btw, it could take months before it gets comfortable with you, if at all.
