I just recently got 2 ring necks grumpy and princess I been trying to traing them but the more I interact with them I feel like they get more scared of me also I had them for a week I can say and since I got them they don't sing or talk are they still getting used to me ?? I try to pin traing them but when I get close to them to try to find there favoret treat but they don't even wan to eat from my hand when I try to put thme in my hand to step up they step up but just to find a way to run oway I need help pls help me

Since you haven't had your ring necks very long, don't worry about them being a bit uncomfortable. They're just adjusting to you and your home, and they're probably a bit scared. To start forming a bond with them, try just hanging out by the cage for an hour or so every day, or even more if you can. Just sit nearby and read a book or go on the internet. You can talk softly to them and offer treats through the cage if they'll accept them. If you do some research on target training, this would also be a simple way to start training them without a lot of interaction between you. Just remember to be calm and quiet when you're around the birds, and eventually they'll settle in. I definitely recommend you do some research on training, though. Just do a couple google searches for "parrot training with positive reinforcement" or "force free parrot training" and you'll get some good results. Good luck!

How old are they?
IRNs have a special fear of hands, even if hand fed, and especially when young. It's interesting to watch. This fear of hands is often misinterpreted as aggression when their wings are clipped because when they cannot fly, biting is the only way they can protect themselves. If your birds are young, they are probably "bluffing" which is a terrible name for it, and there is all sorts of bad info on it out there!
When I brought Blue home, she just got wilder and wilder the more I tried to work with her. She was tame when I bought her, I have experience with birds, I could not understand what was happening! I finally called the breeder and she explained to me about hands. She told me to try to get the birds used to me without my hands, to put them behind my back. Then once the birds adjusted to me being near the cage, to make a fist and put the treat on the back of my hand with my hand in a fist, so they didn't see fingers. It was like a switch was flipped and suddenly my bird was getting tamer again. Try to keep your fingers out of it as much as possible. They will come around.

That depends on the birds, how they were raised, and how you treat them. No one can predict that.
