Need a different Caique nest box

Does anyone know where I can get a well-made Caique nest box with the bottom (bedroom?) somewhat closed off? We have two pairs of Caiques now, and last year the newest pair had far less trouble with egg incubation. I'm believing part of the cause is that the bottom "room" of their box is closed off with an opening. I suppose the female (or one bird at a time) can care for the eggs. The older pair, who have raised chicks pretty well in the past, lost most of their eggs...broken. Their nest box is tall with a ladder up to the hole, but both birds may be in the bottom at any time.
