my pet seems to be choking. and i am really scared

That would be rare. Most likely he is regurgitating food and then re-eating it.

Reminds me of the time a friend was over and Beaker started making horrible retching noises.

My friend got concerned and asked if there was something wrong, was he choking?

My reply was, "Not, he is mimicking me hacking up a phlegm ball."

Friend couldn't stop laughing.

btw what is the meaning of him putting my finger in his mouth? he seems to bite me into it by making me think he wants me to pet his head and then When he feels my guard is down he put my finger in his mouth without biting and sometimes he regurgitate on my finger when he does it. does it have a meaning?

Yes, it means he likes you! Seriously it does. And the finger in the mouth thing - they often do that to direct you somewhere. My Salty does that and pushes my finger away when he does not want to play or interact with him. With him, the next thing if I persist is a bit of a nip followed by a nice bite.
