Figured Id share with everyone the other babies I have
I have a brindle pit mix named Moyo (pronounce it as Mia/Mya, is supposed to be Swahili or heart; she has a big heart marking on her hip and sweet as can be!) We got her first just a month ago. She was slightly malnourished and skinny (ribs showing) and very skittish; she came from a family on craigslist who couldnt keep her because their other dog was jealous and attacked her. Moyo was first found as a puppy in a box on the side of the road I figure she was abused before being abandoned, she is scared to death of leashes. Thoguh since weve had her she has bulked up, in fat and muscle, and is one of the friendliest, sweetest, most intelligent dogs Ive ever had the fortune of sharing my life with (most of my companion animal experience is with dogs.)
I also have three fish, forgot two of the species, the other is a goldfish. We had more but theywere killed by the plastic aquarium plants sold in most stores; Ive since removed and returned those plants.
A tabby named Junior who decided she prefers outside to inside. I tried to keep her in but she just runs out; I still vet her and treat her like an indoor cat. She was adopted from a shelter.
And then theres Hamley, my 2 month old four-toed hedgehog. Got him from a couple on craigslist who were moving and couldnt take him. Hes sweet but I learned yesterday he bites hard! (I had traces of his food on my finger while he was sniffing me and he thought I was food, lol.)
