Fly high Baby blue! I love you
hello there! I currently am fostering two female Indian ringnecks. I am wondering if anyone has some tips i got them just yesterday but would like to start out on a good note. Iām not new to birds, i have 3 budgies of my own. I have never owned an IRN and wanted to start with fostering for these reasons :
1) I donāt know if they are the right fit for us
2) they are loud and i donāt know if i could tolerate it long term (we will find out)
3) i donāt support buying birds
4) i want to do something good for the community
5) i love birds!
So any taming tips and stuff like enriching their life and how to make them the most adoptable I would love!
here is some about them, they came from a cruelty, hoarding and neglect case. they are TERRIFIED of humans, but i got one to eat some spray millet this morning. They bicker a lot so iām contacting the place to see if that is an issue and if we need to find a solution. they are somewhat quiet compared to the other IRNs i saw there, but way louder than my budgies so on a scale from 1 -cockatoo i would say a 4.
anyways any and ALL advice is wanted
