Meet Nicko (15 year old green male) and Meg (10 months old lutino female)!
I adopted them together a few days ago, and needless to say, I'm already in love.
Nicko was abused when he was younger, and now he doesn't like fingers, but he steps up just fine on a hand or an arm. Other than that, he's very sweet and social and loving, which is wonderful. <3
Meg isn't tame yet, but she's very curious and crazy and follows Nicko around everywhere so I'm sure it's just a matter of time.
Today, when I was eating an apple in the birdroom, Nicko flew over and landed on my shoulder for the first time! Of course I had to share, and after a while, I could tell Meg wanted to come too, but she couldn't quite figure out how to fit on my shoulder, so I reached my arm out and BOOM, there she was!!! :--D
....And since they're totally gorgeous and I love photography, I'm going to share a LOT of photos now if you don't mind....... ; )
...That'll have to be enough.... For now..
