My New baby Sun Conure - "Elton"

This is my very first ever parrot. I used to have a budgie up until the end of last year. I wasn't going to get another bird until I feel in love with this little Sun conure who has been hand raised. He is very affectionate and cuddly (which did actually surprise me a bit).

He is six weeks old and is already seems to be beginning to talk.. I've only had him 2 days. So I am really looking for tips on how to train him and form an great bond. He has made it quite clear that I should be in the room with him at all the time, and from reading some of the posts I have already made a few mistakes in training here. oh well onward and upward.

He has been weaned and is very independent. I got him from the local pet shop, he is yet to have his first molt which will should happen in the next few weeks I am told and the he will molt seasonly. He is settling in very well. Love his cheeky nature!

I have found that he loves watermelon, grapes, capsicum and Jatz biscuits (he pinched mine!)
