Greencheek, lovebird
Hi everyone, I wanna share this beautiful moment with you.

When I took this quick nap at noon, my greencheek slept in my hair and my lovebird followed him to be with me.

Normally, my lovebird don't get attached to me that much. He usually bites me when I try to touch his head gently. He don't let me pet him but give him a kiss and feed him with my bare hand are exceptions.

How sweet!
I certainly don't want to ruin such a sweet moment between you and your birds but if you have any tendency to roll over or otherwise move around in your sleep, please don't nap with your birds! We have heard from Parrot Forum members who were sleeping or napping with their beloved bird and rolled over in their sleep with tragic results. You would never forgive yourself if that happened. Even shifting your body around a bit while you sleep can be dangerous if your bird has any tendency to cuddle even closer. He could nuzzle his way to a nice warm tight spot while you are snoozing and a slight movent by you could . . . . you know what I mean.
Also, when you wake up from a cuddle nap, keep in mind that your bird may have woken up earlier, gotten bored watching you sleep, and gone exploring, so if you wake up and your bird is "gone", get up very carefully as to not crush him and go find him. I was out of town for a week and my husband took a "power nap" with one of our budgies and panicked when he woke up and Joey was gone. He found Joey wandering around in another room but not until after about 45 minutes of desperate searching!

Thank you for your useful advice. I will definitely notice that.
I know that we can easily crush them by accident. So I keep in mind always noticing and checking carefully them while I awake from a nap or a sleep. Also, when I sleep, I tend to sleep with one posture and give them higher position on my pillow so that my body can't do harm for them.
Maybe I will let them sleep in safer place on my bed so that I could avoid any bad things happen.
But thanks for your sharing🥰
