Hi I liked to thank everyone for accepting me as a new member i a, a 48 m who is Married and have six kids. we Just got our first Macaw she is called Emerald and she is 15 yrs old and am trying to learn as much as I can about these beautiful birds. She has been a real challenge cause she has the tendency of attacking. For no reason at all she will lunge at my kids and actually bite them. woman who sold me her told me she don’t like women but is ok with men and kids but finding out that not to be true.She is fine with me has only really bit me twice
