Hello,i have a 2 years old timneh grey,2 days ago i noticed that the skin around his right eye was getting pink and blueish in color and his eye was wattery. My bird is a rescue and he lived on sunflower seeds and peanuts and iam trying hard to feed him other things but the only fruit he eats is apple, today i saw that his other eye began to change color and is tearing , please if any one knows what is wrong tell me how to help him because there is no avian vets were i live and i dont think a normal cats and dogs vet would help that much.

Well, I haven't a clue where in this huge World you are and with medical problems it does help to have at least a region. Medical services vary widely depending on region.

I am going to 'assume' that you are in North America and if true. Most large cities will have a Vet Eye Specialist and they can be contact though most any Vet. Most Farm Vets have some experience with Farm based Birds and although not the same as an Avian Vet, they can make basic determinations and also direct you to an Eye Specialist.

Photos help greatly, but in general, issues with the eye(s) are serious and any problem should quickly involve Vet care.

FYI: Infections and injuries of the eye are very serious and although non-professional help like rising the eye can help. There is little more that can be provided since so many additional problems can occur with the wrong use or method of applying.

Well, that does change things a bit. You having at least a basic Emergency First Aid Kit would be helpful!

See the Amazon Forum the Sticky Thread near the top high-lighted in light blue. Open the I Love Amazons -... Thread and go to the last Segment (last page) and you will find a very complete and detailed Avian First Aid Kit. Clearly you are likely to not have access or need for everything. But, anything more than what you currently have will be helpful. Most Avian Owners have some level of this emergency first aid kit that they can add to with time.

Note: The Sand in your area is very sharp compared to Sand more commonly resulting from the action of water. Your Sand can easily cause eye irritations and surface scratches. An eye solution can be used to help wash the Sand from the eye. However, your Parrot has a coloration issue that I have not heard of irritation from Sand causing that type of coloration. That said, Sand caused problems are rare in my area.
