My GCC always flies away

My GCC always flys away from me when I let her out of her cage. She will usually sit still when I train he or something, but she will fly when I try to watch TV with her or just simply cuddle her. What do I do?

well, the short route is to have her wings clipped...

They used to be clipped and she would fly back to the ground and walk around. I just want her to be able to stay with me.

How long have you had her? Perhaps she is still acclimating to a new environment?

I've had her since June. Since I got her she has always flown away from me when she can.

Oh.. hmm. Have you tried tempting her with treats? You need to gain her trust somehow. What have you tried so far?

I've tried that but she will take the treat and fly away then squak till i come to give her another.
