My garden....it's getting there

Even though I only have a few of my perennials in bloom at the moment, it's the time of year to get the annuals planted.

I managed not to go overboard this year. :54:

Tub filled with Geraniums and white trailing fillers

Shade basket up front (New Guinea Impatients

Old rusty bike (Martha Washington Geraniums)

Partial view of front

Full sun annuals (mix of different Petunias)

A little nuisance is watching my every step.

Wendy is that one of pergola roofs you were putting together? You have such neat well manicured gardens. I tend to have weed patches in between the flowers. I love the pics and you have to promise to keep them updated as the season progresses. PLEASE.

Oh no, Alison, that pergola is all done. We have another one right next to the house that's getting a REAL roof (and hopefully with skylight). SO much work!!

It looks fantastic and you've inspired me. We are finally getting a blast of nice weather for the first time this year,I'm getting ready to power wash the decks and start gardening myself. Birdies were out with me on the deck yesterday for their first outdoor shower, they loved it.

I don't have a green thumb. I've had planters in front of my store for 2 past summers that didn't get filled. Then some friends of mine planted flowers in them for me last week! I think they were tired of seeing them empty! I'm so busy with everything else, I don't have time to do gardens unfortunately.
