My favorite pictures of Goofy and Leo

It's Anasi's fault. He asked for it. Here's some of my favorite bird pictures. Most of the one's of Leo are in pretty much the same place, since he's new and still getting used to the place.

Goofy likes to "help" MrC do things around the house. He's learning to use tools. This could be dangerous.





What? Doesn't everybody take their parrots on vacation with them? Here's Goofy soaking up the rays by the pool (and all the attention from the kiddos...he might hate adults, but he loves kids).



He likes to go on walks. MrC had to hand him to me and Goofy decided my arm was safe. This is the one and only time he's gotten on my arm.



Leo is determined to reduce the stick to mini toothpicks.



He's also convinced he belongs on my shoulder all day until it's meal time.

Fantastic photos! Thank you for sharing! I can tell Goofy is quite the character and so very handsome. Leo is a beauty too. I can see how they convinced you that you've always been a parrot lover, you just needed to meet the right parrots.

Are you saying our Anansi convinced you to post birdie pics? Sounds just like him! We are a greedy group when it comes to parrot photos.

Beatrice I am convinced that if they made little bird size tools they would be building houses and fixing lawn mowers. Looks like Goofy is halfway there already.

I'm particularly enjoying Goofy's growing facility with tools. Especially the knife! Watch your back!

Thanks! I love all three birds, even though I'm a bad parront and don't take nearly enough pictures of Cookie. Poor little guy. He's so old and he's slowed down so much even just in the last two years I've lived here.

Goofy is hysterical. He's really a combination between toddler and rebellious teen with the sense of humor of a comedian. I keep trying to get a video of him playing with his foraging toy. He loves that thing and goes nuts, even hanging upside down and swinging from other toys when he's going after a nut in it. He's camera shy though, so as soon as I turn on the camera, he stops what he's doing.

Leopold is still settling in nicely. He's starting to show his personality and I never know what to expect from him day to day. It's been fun figuring out what he likes to play with.

I loved the pics of your happy-to-be-included birdies. That's so nice. I take one of my birds almost everywhere with me so I get that taking on vacation thing. The pic of the butter knife is hilarious. Thanks for making us smile.
