My dog is sick!

Alexis got sick this morning and still don't feel good. She ate something in the yard that made her sick. Im staying up with her tonight to make sure she is ok. Im taking her to the vet when they open at 7am. She ate and drank. I just hope she doesn't have a obstruction in her intestine, lost a pup to a rock years ago while she was under the care at a friend's while I was out of town for my sister's wedding. Im very nervous. I check for signs if she was dehydrated but she isn't. Very nerve wrecking right now....

She pooped!!!! Normal poop! Chasing squirrels this morning....

If she's anything like Dawg, she probably ate something dead that didn't agree w/her.

Thanks guys so much!!!!! I was about to cry last night....After working 13 days straight 12hour shifts I'm exhausted and got very emotional last night with her. I lay on the couch with her all night, she was giving me the sad eyes. But I think she's just playing me this morning....I dozed off a couple of times but I kept checking at her. I'm dead tired today.......At least she's feeling better!

Good to hear . does she eat raw foods ? at all ? probably something a neighbor threw over in your yard thinking they were being nice . I had a neighbor that used to dump chicken bones in my yard . Why do people who dont own dogs think that dogs can eat chicken bones ? I dont allow my dogs bones at all because they are very delicate and they also have an allergy to peanut butter and certain meats . But you will always have that one neighbor . Glad she is okay get some sleep .

Great news! I have an olde english bulldoggee that seems to get sick every few months. He's always putting things in his mouth that he shouldn't.

I just got home after all the running around we did today to get stuffs done....She's doing very good now....I'm gonna go take a nap....

By the way, I really have no idea what she's ate, it was dark out when she got a hold of something so I'm not sure what she ate....IF the neighbor give her something, I will NOT be very nice about it at all!!!!!
