My Conure is always doing something

My Sun Conure Manamana is 15 weeks old and he acts like he's got ADD. When he is out of his cage, he is crawling all over me. Up my shirt, across my shoulders, nibbling at my mouth, down my arm, down my pants leg, up the other side. He never stops. When he is on my desk he goes after the keyboard or mouse or shreds whatever paper he finds all the while chattering away like a lunatic. When I put him on the floor or bed he runs around in circles grabbing anything he can find. He never stops moving until bed time and he has actually fallen asleep in my palm from exhaustion I'm sure. I'm not talking about youthful exuberance, but like a pair of Jack Russel Terriers. Is this normal behavior for a young conure?

Yep, totally normal! As he gets older, then he will kick into high gear!

Its normal. I don't have a sun, but my yellow sided is a busy body too. So nosey! If you don't pay attention to him when he wants your attention he will stop and ask "whatcha doin" lol.

It's a common conure trait isn't it? Conure's are better known for being high energy birds (or is it just the smaller ones?)

Conures have high energy level. It is common for them. Especially when they are young.

Yes 100%. I always want to borrow Kyo's energy lol she's a GCC and is doing the exact same things. She wears me out sometimes like a child!

Mildred is extremely high energy. My Green Cheek sat still all the time though, she wasn't energetic at all.

I've never had a sun, but my GCC was pure energy!
Checking everything out and double checking it!
She was allll over the place, especially where she knew she wasn't allowed.
