She's been the family bird since she was a baby, shes around about the age of 7 or 8 now. I was there to witness her first flight, which was from one side of the room on the floor, to where she landed on the sofa. Shes a brilliant little bird, no bother at all... everyone but me in the family seemed to be scared of her when she goes through her mood swings, So my mam let me take her with me when i moved into my own flat!
So now its just me, Bloo and my 15 year old cat Molly! :)

She is beautiful. My grey Picasso was rehomed to me and unfortunately I think his flight feathers were clipped too short and will never grow back. Would be nice to have him flying! But what he lacks in flight, he makes up for in antics. about a month and a half after we got him, my wife, me and my brother in law were playing cards at the table. Picasso was near us on his playtop cause he love to be around us. My brother in law told a joke that was hilarious and my wife and I started laughing pretty hard. Next thing I know, there was a throaty laugh coming from behind us. It turned into almost like a witch cackle and he had a way of rearing his head back at the start of the laugh just like a person would do. I tell you the things that these birds can do are amazing.

Aha!! That sounds adorable and yet hilarious! Picasso sounds like a brilliant bird! Its a shame when you aren't able to see how magnificent they look when flying. Although its probably easier to catch in a hurry than a flying grey haha! Theres pro's and con's to both sides like always!
I think if i managed to get a bigger place in a few years time i would consider getting Bloo a friend, but for now im happy with just her :D Im still pretty new to owning her by myself so I'll be looking around for tips and tricks to keep her entertained! :)

Well this forum is the place to get those. I have been dormant on it for a little bit while I have been in Afghanistan but since it is close to time to come home I figured I better get back to it. So many things I want to do with Picasso, got to get a jumpstart on the research now..lol.
