My Amazon doesn't chew on pellets?

I noticed my bird swallows his pellets without biting in it or chewing. Is that normal?

If it's really small pellets then that may be fine. If it's larger pellets, there may be some concern.

Yes that's perfectly normal. Freaked me out when I saw my cockatiel swallowing some pretty large pellets. But if it fits it fits I guess! My Moluccan does this too btw.
