I removed all the plastic sheets today as the weather got warm enough.

My pet keeper trating the Alex guava fruits.

Roved the sheets of the peafowls & pheasants as well.
I l remove the sheets of the Grays & Java peafowls after a week as the temps are still colder for them.
Birds are an important part of my garden.

Umar, your birds look so healthy! All those fruits and veggies you feed them must be working. :) I also love your cage - wish I had the space for such a large one!

I would like to suggest that you add some toys for your birds to play with. My pair needs something to chew on at all times - they get quite upset and yell at me if I forget. I give them hard stalks of vegetables and cardboard and wood offcuts whenever I can get untreated stuff. I also have a lot of ropes and nets for the birds to fly to and climb on as well as a whole lot of plastic baby rattles (which I get from ebay). My husband has made a long ladder for the Beaks to climb on (only they gave it to Dominic, since he needs it more) and I've added a long, thick rope looped from the roof of the cage. They swing on this and spend a lot of time picking at it and climbing on it. Another thing I have for them is a wire hanging basket meant to hang plants in. It's lined with paper and cardboard and I just toss all the broken toys and pieces into it. The Beakies will sit in their Rummage Basket and spend hours chewing on the toys or hanging upside-down from it, dingling the rattles that hang from it. I think your birdies would be a lot happier and more playful if they had some toys. Just a suggestion. :)

Oh - PS. If you look in the Parrot Toys section or Do It Yourself, there's lots of great ideas for making toys.

Oh hi Betrisher yes its good to get them toys.Toys can be dangerous some time.Ijust give them the wood perches & pieces. They are heavy chewers you know.Fruits are in their daily diet.I think all the parrots are heavy chwers because my grays also like wood pieces to chew.I also mix multi vitamins & electrolites.I use to mix Vitasol super in their drinking water specially in summer.Btrish i have noticed that vitamins give a bright color to the plumage of all birds.Specially when it comes to peacocks.
Betish i m planing for B & G Macaw pair.Macawa are very expensive here in Pakistan.I am planing a cage of 8 X 8 & 8 feet high with 10 mm mesh wire.

Very cool as always. I think I will follow your example and start giving my birds some extra vitamins. I cannot argue that your birds look extremely healthy.

I'm an American living in China, macaws are very expensive here as well. I looked at a Scarlet and it was almost $10,000 USD

On the other hand, our Grey Parrot was only about $700, much cheaper than a similar bird in the united states.

Take care, always a pleasure to see your birds.
