My 5 weeks old GCC refuses to eat

I've had my baby for 3 week he was doing fine until 2 days ago his behavior towards food changed he refuses to eat formula and only eats about 7 to 8cc after lots of trying (he doesn't show any sign of illness) i'm really frustrated and i don't know what to do.
Ps: avian vets are not available where i live
