Lilo - Female Green Cheek Conure ~ Pal - male cockatiel ~ Pheobe - female cockatiel
Sounds familiar yes but If I do "hopefully" get a goffins, how do I give both Lilo and future bird the attention they need? I'm at home from usually 2:20pm to 9:00pm. is that not enugh time? I want both to be happy and Lilo is very clingy and cockatoos are as well. Is this not a good idea? Thanks for the replies!

Ya by then my tonsils will be out and I will be healthy again and up to it so challenge accepted! But if I do see a bird that loves me and I love them as well then I will get that one! :)

You might have to get up early to give your bird some "out time". Remember with Toos the need a realistic schedule [their out time] that you can keep up with. They need your one on one attention and time to learn how to keep themselves entertained. Mine wants to go to bed soon after it gets dark.

I'm sure you'll be up to task in no time :) Lilo will adjust to the newcomer and they'll hopefully become friends. Even if they don't, birds benefit from being around other birds, even if they don't like each other they learn and benefit from each other.
